Are the products handmade and where are they produced?

Most products are mainly handmade in India and Nepal by craftsmen who work under good working conditions. We attach great importance to fair employment conditions and ensure that the people who make our products receive a fair wage and work in a safe environment. Our wholesaler in Spain maintains direct contact with producers in India and Nepal. This means that they regularly visit production facilities to ensure that working conditions meet high standards of ethics and sustainability. In addition, our wholesaler supports various charities in India and the World Wildlife Fund, so that part of the proceeds is used to support local communities and improve their living conditions. This close collaboration allows us to not only offer unique, handmade products of high quality, but also contribute to a fair trade chain and a positive social impact.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and then following the instructions on the checkout page.

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time varies depending on your location and the type of shipping you choose. Generally it takes 2-5 business days for domestic orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.

Is it possible to collect my order?

Yes, it is possible to collect your order by appointment in Rotterdam (north). In that case, no shipping costs apply. Please note that you must order and pay in advance via the website. Please contact us to arrange a collection time

What are the shipping costs?

Bohotribe does not charge shipping costs for orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping rate is €4.95 incl. VAT for the Netherlands and €8 incl. VAT for other countries in Europe.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you have 14 days to return a product for a full refund, provided the product is undamaged and in its original packaging. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
